Based in Galacia, Spain, Zara is a Spanish clothing retailer that has stores all over the world. It was first established in 1975 and has since grown significantly in popularity. It is a part of the Inditex group which is known as the world’s largest retailer of apparel. Zara likes to replicate high end and catwalk fashion at affordable prices. They use groups of designers to produce instant fashions. Their stores sell a range of men, women and children’s fashion and all the clothing is processed through their distribution centre in Spain. New products are shipped to Zara stores twice a week to keep up with the fast development of trends.
Zara is known for their high fashion clothing and affordable prices. They are a popular store both in the UK and elsewhere due to their wide range of things on offer. For women’s wear, the two main collections are ‘Zara Woman’ and ‘TRF’ and there are mini collections amongst these such as ‘Zara Basics’, ‘Zara Premium Denim’ and ‘Join Life’. The TRF collection is aimed at a slightly younger audience and is often a bit more affordable than the Woman and Premium collections. There is also a range of mens wear, often situated on a different level in store. If you do not have a store nearby and want to shop at Zara, you can visit their website and browse through all the collections and stock that they have available. For both women and men, you can look at clothing as well as clothing and accessories. Zara are particularly well known for their great quality coats, all of which can be found online. Once you have made your decision on what you would like to order, you can add the items to your ‘basket’ and proceed to the checkout. First-time buyers should be asked to create an account that will securely store your payment details and make it easier for you to pay next time. You can also log into your account to track your orders if you have anything that is due to be delivered. If you have forgotten your log in details to your account, please call the Zara Head Office Contact Number and someone will help you to gain access. Similarly, if you notice any unusual activity on your account or receive any order confirmations via your email that wasn’t you, then please call the contact number immediately and this can be looked into. You can also log into your account should you want to cancel an order you have made. If you want to shop Zara on the go, why not try the Zara app that is available on both Android and iPhone. The app is extremely easy to use and can also be used to track orders right up until it is delivered to your door.
As well as a wide clothing range, Zara also has home stores across the country and online. The Zara home range stocks furniture and accessories for the lounge, bathroom and bedroom. They also have tableware and general house decorations, all of which keep up with the current trends of the season. Their website homepage showcases their latest collections, which at the moment is Spring/Summer 17. If you want to shop this, you can head to the ‘New Arrivals’ section. Alternatively, shop by room or use the search bar if you are looking for a specific product. To find a certain product in particular, either enter a description of the item or the item’s reference number into the search bar. If you are having any trouble searching, please call the contact number. Zara hopes every piece of furniture and homeware that you buy/order is in perfect condition, but if you do receive anything broken or faulty, please don’t hesitate to call the contact number.
