Customer Care

Whenever you have a general query or issue regarding Vision Express, call 0843 208 4646. The Customer Care team will be ready to assist you. They can locate your nearest Vision Express store and let you know about current promotional offers. If you are unable to get through when trying to call your local store, call this helpline instead. They can contact the store for you and arrange for them to call you back as quickly as possible. Call the Customer Care team to check the terms of the Total Satisfaction Guarantee. Arrange a refund or exchange with Money Back, or get a refund through the Price Match offer. The Lifetime Glasses Service entitles you to unlimited aftersales care.

Eye Tests

To book an eye test or find out what an eye test entails, call Vision Express on 0843 208 4647. Vision Express will help you to find your nearest store and book a test there whenever it’s convenient for you. You can also find out about any current discounts on eye test costs. Ask about the technology and all the steps involved, including what happens with the results. Vision Express can help detect serious health problems and prevent loss of sight or even loss of life.  They do this by testing pressure through air resistance and taking digital photographs of the backs of your eyes. Eye tests for children are slightly different. Your optometrist will walk you through your options after the test.

Glasses & Contact Lenses

Vision Express can provide expert advice on glasses, accounting for style and budget. They can also help customers to try a new way of life with contact lenses. Call 0843 208 4650 for information on discount offers and the range of frame styles for adults and children. Customers of the Grand Advantage Breakage Protection scheme for glasses or Complete Contact Care can also call this number for support. You can ask for assistance with payments, such as setting up a Direct Debit to Vision Express. Call if you wish to cancel your subscription to either of these services. Make any general enquiries about glasses or contact lens products available from Vision Express with this helpline.

Corporate Eyecare

Employers can meet legal requirements regarding employee eyecare with corporate schemes at Vision Express. Businesses can call 0843 208 4770 for information about the schemes available and register for one of them. Choose from one of five cost-effective schemes to fulfil your duty of care as an employer. Businesses with less than 50 employees can get discounts with the Small Business Scheme. Those with more than 50 employees can choose from the full range of schemes. This includes VDU Eyecare for office workers, the Drivers scheme, and Safety Eyewear for a variety of working environments. Vision Select benefits come as an addition to the corporate schemes.

Complaints

While Vision Express takes the standards of its services very seriously, sometimes they fall short. Call 0843 208 4774 in the event that you want to make a formal complaint to Vision Express. The reason for your complaint could relate to in-store services, staff behaviour, or product failure. This must have taken place within the last twelve months in order for Vision Express to look into the issue. You can ask to escalate a complaint if you are unhappy with the initial resolution. A senior complaint review requires further evidence to prove that the response was somehow unfair. If you have a complaint about an NHS sight test, contact the NHS in your country to complain to them.

Press Centre

The PR team runs the Press Centre and social media content for the Vision Express brand. This includes publishing news stories relating to the business, involving staff, customers, and industry awards. Call 0843 208 1502 to connect to the PR department if you have a media enquiry. Press outlets may want to ask for further statements if they are covering a relevant story in the national news. Outside of office opening hours, you can contact the PR team by sending an e-mail to PR@visionexpress.com. They will send a response or call you back once they receive the e-mail. The Press Centre does not provide customer support, so please do not send store or customer enquiries.

Careers

Vision Express commits to training and internal promotion. You don’t even need any qualifications because Vision Express will train you to become an optical expert. Whether you want to succeed as an optician, a manager, or in the head office, there are plenty of opportunities. Call to ask about work experience placements or apprenticeships for young people.
