Member Services

Call the Total Fitness Member Services team on 0843 208 2742 for general assistance with all things Total Fitness. This includes information about memberships and guidance on joining a club. Member Services can transfer you through to a specific club to speak to the local team. They can provide more technical detail about the club facilities and things like nutrition in the onsite café. Query anything you want to know about, such as child access, locker use, or food and drink policies. You can call this number to report any issues with the Total Fitness website or app. Or call if you are changing clubs so that Total Fitness can update your member information. If you have an issue while at your club, speak to the manager in the first instance.

Bookings

Potential or existing customers can call 0843 208 2743 for help with making bookings at Total Fitness clubs. You can book a tour at least 24 hours in advance if you want to check out one of the clubs. The team will show you the facilities and answer any of your questions. Once you become a Total Fitness member, you can call for assistance with booking classes. You can do this online or in the app, but if these aren’t working you can always call. When you book a class, you can request a free pass for a friend or family member. This way, you can bring someone with you to try out the class. You must give the club at least 24 hours notice if you bring a friend. Call to double-check if a class you booked is definitely taking place before you go.

Personal Training

Why not take your fitness a step further and hire a personal trainer to guide your workouts? Call 0843 208 2744 for more information and advice about personal training. Every Total Fitness member who wants to join a personal training programme will get an initial free or discounted trial period. Pro Fit offers a two-week trial of four sessions for £28. There is also a group training option with a free seven-day trial. Call to check availability and set up a trial at your preferred Total Fitness club. While the trial is designed to find out if personal training is right for you, the trainers would appreciate it if only people with genuine intentions apply. A brief free trial does not work as a quick fitness solution because the results will not last.

Payments

There are two payment methods available with Total Fitness. Pay for your annual membership upfront and you will get a one month discount off the total fee. Alternatively, you can set up a Direct Debit to pay monthly. Call 0843 208 7670 if there is an issue with your payment or you need to change your payment details. If you wish to cancel your membership, you must give one calendar month’s notice. This is the same even if you wanted to stop monthly payments and pay the one-time fee instead. If you are unable to attend your club for a period of time, or your usual facilities are unavailable, call to freeze your membership. Pay £5 a month for one to three months until you resume your regular contract. You can only do this once a year.

Complaints

Sometimes services at your club might not match up to acceptable standards. If this is ever the case, call 0843 208 7671 to make a complaint to Total Fitness. This could be about broken equipment, issues with classes, or unhelpful staff. Complain about the quality and availability of club facilities if it is impacting your customer experience. Total Fitness will take all of your feedback into account and use it to improve their services. When you complain, you will need to provide your member ID, club location, and all the relevant information. Total Fitness will investigate and inform you of any progress until a resolution is found. If you are not happy with the final response, call to appeal to a manager and ask them to review the decision.

Careers

Total Fitness employees see work as a lifetime hobby and not simply a job. Helping people to achieve their full potential and feel good is the main aim. Call 0843 208 7672 if you want to start a career with Total Fitness. They can let you know about available vacancies and how to apply. Every gym needs managers, fitness instructors, lifeguards, and cleaners to keep things moving. You could also become a Pro Fit Personal Trainer if that interests you. If you would prefer a head office job, apply for Head of Duty. Call for advice on the recruitment process, which involves an appointment at an Assessment Centre. Rather than a traditional interview, Total Fitness will assess you on how you handle a few different tasks relating to the role.

Other Ways to Contact Total Fitness

If your local club can’t help you with something and you’re unable to make a phone call, don’t worry. You can get in touch with Total Fitness Member Services online. Send a message on Facebook, or tweet to @TotalFitness on Twitter. If you would rather not use social media, send an e-mail to the Total Fitness head office at membership@totalfitness.co.uk. Otherwise, you could write a letter to the head office address below. This option is much slower, so when you have an urgent issue it’s better to call.
