Thomas Cook Baggage Allowance
All passengers flying with Thomas Cook are entitled to 10kgs complementary hand baggage allowance as well as 15kg hold luggage per passenger. Thomas Cook Cancellations

What should I do if I have lost my luggage?
if you have gotten off a Thomas Cook flight and your suitcase has not appeared at the baggage collection point you should either visit a Thomas Cook desk at the airport, alert airport staff or call the head office contact number so that your missing luggage can be traced.
