Morrisons is a supermarket. It produces and sells a range of products such as fresh fruit/veg, bakery items, food cupboard essentials, frozen food, beers/wines/spirits, household/laundry, medicines and health products, baby care and children’s clothes, pet care, flowers, cigarettes/tobacco, home entertainment products and school uniform.
Morrisons has lots of offers on a rotational basis to help you save money. The offers often run in time with the seasons, for example, BBQ food in summer, Christmas decorations in winter. Current offers in August 2016 include cupboard essentials such as tea bags and tuna for £3, stock up on fridge fillers for £2 and Walkers crisps 24 pack for £2.50.
If you prefer to order your grocery shopping online, you can do so at Morrisons. You’ll be able to order from the full range and have it delivered to your home address by a friendly delivery driver. Delivery is only available to certain areas in the North West, Midlands, Yorkshire, Bristol, Cardiff and North London.
If you regularly order your grocery shopping to be delivered from Morrisons, you could buy a delivery pass to help save costs. You can choose from three plans: one month, 6 months or a year. During the timeframe, you can shop as many times as you wish. You’ll get exclusive benefits which are only for delivery pass customers and free delivery at Christmas, as well as priority bookings. Delivery charges vary depending on your address, the time/day of your chosen slot and the value of your order- don’t worry, the charge will be shown to you before you place your order. Morrisons accepts payment from Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards. If you are not at home when your delivery arrives, your driver will attempt to call you. If they can’t reach you, they will leave a card with a contact number which you must call immediately, but they may not be able to re-deliver your order the same day. You can book your delivery slot before you place your order, but the slot is only reserved for 60 minutes. If you notice an item is missing when your delivery arrives, contact Morrisons using the number above and they will re-calculate your bill to give you a refund.
If you do opt for a delivery pass, it will be automatically renewed when it is up. However, you’ll be informed of this before the payment is taken. If you wish to cancel your delivery pass, contact Morrisons customer service who will be glad to help you.
Morrisons has a wide range of wines available both in store and online. You’ll find brands such as Hardy’s and Jacobs Creek, as well as wines specially developed for Morrisons themselves, such as M Signature.
