There is a wide range of products available from prams and nursery equipment such as cots, to high chairs and toys and you can be sure that you are buying a totally safe, high quality and reliable product. If you are looking for a certain product in particular, you can use the search bar on the website’s homepage and search a product using its reference or product name (you might have seen a product in store that you would like to order online). If you are looking for a product and can’t find it, do not hesitate to call Mamas & Papas customer service where someone will assist you in finding the item. The main thing in stock at Mamas & Papas is probably their prams, and they are all an extremely popular choice for parents. There are many different well-known brands to choose from including Bugaboo, Stokke, Cybex and Joolz all ranging in price depending on the size and type of pram that you decide to choose. If you are feeling a little clueless and out of your depth, then Mamas & Papas can recommend ideal prams to you depending on your baby’s age. If you have a newborn then you can click the ‘getting started’ tab and browse the pushchairs that are suitable for new babies. If you need a pram because your baby is getting bigger and have outgrown their current one, you can select ‘growing up’ for an excellent range of buggies and strollers that will take you to the next step. Some of the pushchairs even have free delivery so you can have your purchase as soon as possible, at no extra cost. If you still have any concerns over choosing a pram or have a few questions before you commit to a particular type then don’t hesitate to call Mamas & Papas customer services and someone will be happy to give you friendly advice.
Head Office – 0844 249 0922
With the aim to bring Italian influence to the British baby retail market, Mamas & Papas was first established in 1981 and their head office still remains in Huddersfield where their designs and brands are sourced. Mamas & Papas began as a family business and expanded quickly due to the popularity of their products. At the Mama’s & Papa’s head office, there is a test lab where all products are tested to ensure that they are totally safe and of an extremely high standard. Mamas & Papas also understand that kids are unpredictable and ensure that their products are totally durable for whatever might get thrown at them! Mamas & Papas designs take their inspiration just from real life, using experiences that the designers themselves have had with parenting and they also love to listen to customer feedback. If you have any ideas for a product that could be stocked by Mama’s & Papa’s or would like to let them know how the design of a product could be improved then do not hesitate to call the Mamas & Papas head office as they value customer feedback so that they can improve their products. Mamas & Papas also understand that whilst every customer is a parent, each individual has different tastes and needs which is why they source from a wide range of designers so that there is something for every taste – just because you are now a parent doesn’t mean you have to lose your style! The Mamas & Papas blog is also a great way to get inspiration and advice from some of the experts as well as share in other people’s parenting experience. Call the Mamas & Papas head office if you have any problems accessing the blog or have spotted a product on there that you would like to purchase but can’t seem to find on the site.
