DPD Tracking

When placing an order through a service which uses DPD, you can track the parcel online. To do so, enter the tracking ID into the DPD tracking website, from there, you will see its progress. You will receive a link to the DPD tracking website in your confirmation email. You will also receive your parcel ID, which can be used to access information regarding your delivery. If you are having issues with an order you have placed, or your item is late, speak to a member of the DPD team directly on the number above, from there someone will aim to help you as soon as possible.

DPD Delivery

DPD deliver parcels and items 6 days a week. Their two services, standard and express, offer different delivery times depending on the day. On Sundays, no post is delivered unless it is by special courier. DPD do not offer a special courier service. However, booking an express delivery with the company will ensure your item is with you within 3 working days of placement. If you have booked an express delivery with DPD, or through a service which uses DPD, you can track your item online by entering your tracking ID. This will have been provided in the email you received confirming your order. If you are having consistent issues with your delivery, or if it has been stated as delivered online, we suggest you speak to a member of the DPD team.
