Today, Center Parks has five UK resorts, and recently expanded across the Channel into Europe, with dozens of locations on the European mainland. Calling 0844 248 1792 will connect you the customer service team with Center Parcs. If you would like to make a complaint, we suggest you do not use this number to do so. Center Parcs lodges are state-of-the-art accommodation options designed to provide maximum peace, space and comfort to those staying. Day Passes and Ticket Helpline

Center Parcs is sadly not available to day visitors, except if they are visiting a park guest. If you are interested in visiting for the day to see a guest, you can book a visitor’s day pass on the Center Parcs website (this isn’t it) for a small additional booking fee. You can check in to your Center Parcs accommodation any time after 10 am, but access to your accommodation doesn’t become available until 3 pm. You can, however, check in earlier online on the official Center Parcs site (this isn’t it) to make this process easier and more streamlined. For assistance with tickets and day passes, call the Day Passes and Ticket Helpline on 0844 248 1789. This is a direct line and means you will be connected to a member of the team immediately.

Complaints

To make a complaint about the level of service you have received whilst at Center Parcs, you can call 0844 248 2633. You will be transferred to a member of the complaints team, who can help you further. Whether you would like to complain about a member of staff, or about the accommodation you have stayed in, this is the number to call in order to make a complaint.
